"Through our doors walk the greatest people in the world; and you are somebody when you come to New St. Bethel."
We are everyday people who have discovered the Good News of Jesus Christ. We're people of different ages, backgrounds and personalities, coming together as a caring Christian family.
New St. Bethel is a lively and active Church, while at the same time being a loving Christian family that seeks to serve the local community. Together we have discovered the riches of God's Word – the Bible – and the challenge and joy of being committed followers of Jesus Christ.
In addition to meeting regularly on Sundays to worship God, we also seek to serve the community through the various activities during the week.
Our Mission: To lead people to Christ, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for ministry in the world in order to magnify God.
Our Vision: To see New St. Bethel as a church where all its members are Bible literate and confident in handling God’s Word. We see all our members Committed to the work of ministry, Persevering in trials, and Responsible (CPR) before God. We see New St. Bethel as the place where the Bible is read, the people are fed, and their lives are led by the Word of God. When we grow spiritually, we grow numerically, we grow in love.
Our services begins at 8:00 am and 10:45 am. Our greeter and usher teams will welcome you at the door. In between worship services, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, we meet for Sunday School and Bible Boot Camp for the youth.
We begin service with devotion and praise & worship.
Then one of our members will extend a heartfelt welcome to our guests, who will receive a gift to remember us by. There is a brief fellowship moment, and then service resumes.
Our environment is relaxed. Most people tend to dress casually and there are those who dress in more formal attire.
The Pastor at this point in the service delivers a very relevant message that reflects today’s times.
New St. Bethel is located in the Oak Park community of Sacramento. Please stop by and share with us. We love Christ, we love people and we'd love to meet you.
